If you’d like help getting started on your home or property search right away, then just include the relevant information about the property you are interested in. IE: Property Type & Size, Price Range, Specific Location, and any special features or requests. As a member of the MLS, (Multiple Listing Service), I can provide information on any property for sale in all of North Idaho.

We also have a new feature called “Client Connect” where, with some basic contact information, I can set you up with a listings cart set up with your requested criteria and our MLS system will automatically email you whenever there is a new or updated listing within those search results.  You have a login that saves your preferences and information and even allows you to rate the listings you see.  Please let me know if you are interested in getting regular listings and updates and I will set you up.
